10. Product Images and Listings
Sellers must provide original images of the products they list. The use of images from the internet or stock photos is not permitted unless the seller holds the proper legal authorization to do so.
All listings must accurately represent the product, and images must be clear, high-quality, and comply with the platform’s prohibited content policies. Misleading, copyrighted, or inappropriate images may be removed, and repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools in Image Processing
The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools is permitted only for modifying the backgrounds of real product images, provided that no edits or alterations are made to the actual product depicted in the original image.
It is strictly prohibited to use any AI tool to generate new images that alter the real product’s appearance or add elements that do not exist in reality. Likewise, it is forbidden to use or publish any AI-generated images that contain logos or watermarks of the tool used (such as the Gemini logo or similar), or to crop, remove, or obscure such logos in any way, as such AI-generated images are not allowed on the platform.
Users bear full responsibility for any violations resulting from the alteration or removal of identifying marks belonging to these tools, or from the use of AI-generated images in violation of this policy. The platform disclaims all legal or commercial liability arising from such misuse.
