A: It’s both a marketplace and a professional directory. Each seller independently manages their products, prices, communication, and delivery. The platform provides digital visibility, online training, and global reach for all Lebanese-made products.

Q: Can MSMEs, cooperatives, and Lebanese brands join?
A: Absolutely. Made-in-Lebanon.net welcomes micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), cooperatives, industrial producers, and Lebanese brands of all kinds — from handmade items to large-scale manufactured goods.

Q: Who manages delivery?
A: Each seller manages their own delivery and shipping. Sellers coordinate directly with buyers for local or international deliveries through their preferred courier or logistics service.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A:  Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is now available for local orders within Lebanon, and it is arranged directly by the sellers themselves.
Each seller manages their own COD service based on their courier and delivery preferences.

Q: How are international payments handled?
A: For international orders, payment is arranged directly between the buyer and the seller — typically through bank transfer, online payment, or agreed-upon methods.
