A short history about our olive oil
The first historical traces of olive oil date back to over 6000 years in the Eastern Mediterranean. In this area, the ideal climate and soil fertility allowed the prosperity of the olive tree, thus leading to the birth of olive oil making. The oldest olive tree in the world, estimated to be over 4000 years old and located in the quiet villages in southern Lebanon on the slopes of Mount Hermon.
